excellent hotel experience!
iconic view excellent customer care
olivia from the front office upgraded my room as part of my accor loyalty diamond membership. room 541 featured an iconic view of the shard! the front office team provided excellent customer care. fahd was attentive during my check-in. the breakfast display was wonderful, and the bar was cozy.
the shower lacked adequate water pressure, and the temperature was inconsistent. this made showering uncomfortable. fixing this would improve the overall experience.

The staff members were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. reception was quick to address any queries i had. housekeeping ensured my room was super clean each day. Their attention to detail was great.

spacious meeting room first-floor location smooth arrangement excellent facilities
The meeting room on the first floor was spacious. It was well lit and well equipped. Everything ran smoothly during our three-day courses. Kelvin ensured all arrangements and facilities met expectations. We had everything that we needed there.
The gym views were good but some equipment pieces showed wear.

The staff members were very attentive and helpful. Reception was friendly upon arrival, offering assistance with directions and local information. The breakfast service at 7am was quiet with good service, ensuring a pleasant start.

convenient stay
welcome drink ample space underground station
I was greeted with a welcome drink upon my arrival. The gesture was quite thoughtful. my room offered a good amount of space, especially the bathroom. i found the proximity to the underground station convenient for getting around.
the lighting in my room felt too dim, it made tasks like applying makeup rather difficult. the main lamp in the bedroom didn't work. i couldn't phone down to reception because the phone wasn't working either.

the hotel is near the thames river, this allows for easy access to attractions. borough market and london bridge station are just around the corner, a real advantage for exploring the city. many attractions are within walking distance.

the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, i found it very appealing. the bar area looked great, it had a good atmosphere. the hotel also had a nice touch of providing a mini bar.

My room featured a comfortable bed. Linen and towels were good quality. the bathroom included two separate doors for the toilet and shower. I found this layout unusual. the room was immaculate, everything was in order.

The location offered easy access to many sites. The staff were friendly and helpful . The room was super clean and the bed provided a comfortable sleep. The modern bar area had a nice feel to it.
The breakfast area felt crowded. I had to wait for a table both mornings. The juice glasses were not readily available. It took some time to get bowls and bread.

Underwhelming stay. Expected more
stained carpet insufficient air conditioning
the location was acceptable since it was close to public transportation.
The room i booked was not very clean. there were stains on the carpet. It was quite noticeable. i also had trouble with the air conditioning. the room never got cool enough, even after i reported it. it was an uncomfortable few nights.
